Female Church Elder Faces Execution Over Torture of Child

With all the reporting I do regarding the abuse of children, you could be forgiving for thinking that it is a mainly male problem. While it is definately true that men are disproprotionately represented, it should be noted that this is mainly due to the tremendous power they tend to get when being part of a religious organizations. Most churches still ban women from serving, which seems to help keep the number of offenders low.

Unfortunately, in San Diego, a horrible human being was given custody over children she should have never been responsible for. Her name is Leticia McCormack, and she faces the death penalty for the death and torture of her adoptive child, Arabella. She was only 48 pounds when she died, and doctors noticed that there had been multiple incidents of her bones being broken. They estimate that her life was one of constant abuse and neglect. It’s why her biological parents are also on the hook for their involvement in the affair.

Deputy District Attorney Meredith Pro said the girl was “severely emaciated” at the time of her death, weighing only 48 pounds, less than she weighed when she was 5 years old. She also had 15 healing bone fractures, which Pro alleged likely occurred within the last four months of her life. The two other girls were also emaciated, malnourished and in need of immediate medical care.

The church she was an elder in is desperately trying to cut ties with her, but had to fork over 3 million dollars in a lawsuit brought on by the surviving siblings. In total, they recieved 31 million dollars as compensation. I’m sure everyone would have rather they have a good childhood than just a bunch of money, but it will have to do for now.

It remains to be seen if this women is actually sentenced to death for her crimes. I am not fan of capital punishment, but I will shed no tears if we are rid of this monster.

Pastor Claimed He Could Resurrect Dead Baby For Money

It’s inevitable that once in a while, you come across a story that can only be described as “weird as hell”. This tends to happen often whenever people are convinced to believe in things that have no basis in reality. Absurdities abound in religion, and one of the ways these folks try and deal with death is usually to invent all manner of fantasy to ignore the painful fact that a love one is gone.

I am not a parent, so I cannot properly understand what it must be like to lose a child. When Kimoree Vaughan lost her baby, it was obvious she was not in the right state of mind. This would go a long way in explaining her TicTok video, where she claims that her pastor (as yet unidentified) had convinced her to parade the child for three days, so that at the end he could use his “magic powers” to ressurect him, all for money, of course.

Given the nature of the situation, I find it difficult to comprehend just what to make of this. If it is true, did this pastor really believe he possessed these powers? Surely he understood that taking money to ressurect someone is the kind of fraud that sends you to the slammer. A quick glance at Kimoree’s social media account is also revelatory in terms of her own desire for attention and fame, and the obsessive chronicalling of her private life to a public audience. Is the story a fabrication for more attention?

At the end of the day, the fog of faith will make the whole affair difficult to see clearly. With little proof and no names, I can already tell that this entire story will soon fall to the wayside, as so many other countless instances of exploitative and disturbing behaviour by the faithful often does.

Anti-Trans Pastor Arrested for Sexual Abuse of Minor

Did you ever hear of the saying “every accussation is a confession”? There seems to me to be a trend as of late: pastors who are vocal about trans rights are soon caught in scandals involving the sexual abuse of minors. This is usually following some diatribe about how transgender folks are grooming kids. The only grooming that appears to be going on is the very familiar story of a church official abusing their power and harming the ones they are supposed to care for.

The latest case of this style of confession is a man by the name of Marcus Owens, a 42 year old pastor for Prepared Church in Sand Springs. Police were suspicious of his relationship with a child, and when they interrogated Owens, he claimed that there was nothing untowards happening. Not long after, the child confessed to the abuse, and Owens was place in the custody of Sand Springs police department.

He is facing three counts: abusive sexual contact with a minor, sexual abuse of a minor, coercion and enticement. These are all felonies.

Investigators believe Owens may have more victims. If you know someone who has been victimized, or if you have yourself, call your local police department.

Owens had several jobs that all gave him unsupervised access to kids. Where there is smoke, there is often fire, and so while I hope there are no other victims, it’s very likely that there are more. Here’s hoping that the bravery of the child that did come forward will inspire others to do so as well. This way, we can get a little bit of justice in a world that is in desperate need of it.

Justice for Victims of Tallahassee Youth Pastor

It’s easy to assume that purpotrators of sexual abuse are never getting punished. The Epstien files, and the complete lack of prosecution from the government, has cemented this idea in society that abusers are getting away with their crimes, and no one can do a thing to stop them.

Luckily, not every child abuser is rich and powerful, or benefits from experienced lawyers of their congregation. In the case of Terrance Booker, a jury took only 45 minutes to conclude that he had molested a child from 2010 all the way to 2015. This victim had chosen to come forward only because there were others that reported on it. His lawyer said that upon hearing that Booker had abused others, he became sick, and was able to overcome his shame in the hopes of defending others.

This young man showed more courage and dignity then Terrance will ever know. With this first victory, this child abuser faces 3 more trials, which means that he faces a potential life sentence. This is yet another clear warning that churches are beacons for these types of sickos. Their access to vulnerable children, along with their extreme authority given to them by their roles make these positions ideal for predators. The complicitness of religious organizations only further incentivizes them to join.

It would appear that there will never be enough victims for the faithful to finally open their eyes and see the problem. But perhaps there is still hope, so long as victims continue to fight to save the rest of us from these perverts.

Kingdom of God Global Church Accused of Money Laundering, Slavery.

In the kind of “nothing surprises me anymore” news, a church in Tampa Bay is under investigation for charges related to money laundering, and forced labour. According to the indictment, this church was a busy little bee when it came to human misery.

According to the indictment, Klein and co-defendants David Taylor and Michelle Brannon, ran a network of call centers across multiple states that used forced labor to solicit donations for KOGGC. Victims were forced to work grueling hours at the call centers without pay and pressured to hit impossible fundraising targets.

So far, that sounds like pretty standard stuff. I mean, have they heard of Scientology? What kind of punishment would these people receive when they didn’t “meet their targets”, you may ask?

…the punishment was severe: public humiliation, sleep deprivation, physical violence, withholding of food and shelter, forced repentance rituals, and threats of eternal damnation.

Of course, these depraved cult leaders were spending the money on the typical swag that these degenerates love: cars, mansions, and clothing. It’s always all about luxury goods, isn’t it?

Given that these crimes happened in several states, it’s being treated as a Federal crime, which means there’s a non-zero chance that these scumbags will be pardoned by the giant Orange Turd in office. Let’s hope for the victims that this horrible scenario doesn’t play out that way.

Megachurch Founder Indicted on Child Sex Abuse

Religious people love to project their fears onto other people. For instance, take how obsessed they are with “Drag Queens”, claiming that these individuals are all child predators. So far, not one of these performers have been arrested or charged for any crime, let alone child abuse. For those of us familiar with their M.O., it is a classic form of projection, stemming from the fact that so many in their ranks are dangerous pedophiles. Rather than focus on rooting out the degenerates in their midst, they point the finger at people they dislike, accusing them of the crimes that they continue to allow in their churches, and their homes.

It’s not just the odd youth pastor getting arrested. These days, it’s big wigs like Robert Morris, who founded a megachurch in Texas called Gateway Church in Southlake. Back in 1982, Morris was abusing a 12 year old girl named Cindy Clemishire for over 4 years, at which point she was too old for his disgusting tastes. She’s recently come forward, which prompted police to arrest and charge him for the alleged abuse.

Morris claims it was only kissing and petting, defending his actions by saying he never penetrated her. Wow, give the man an award or something! Isn’t that just your typical response from perverts who ruin the lives of innocent victims? “The abuse wasn’t so bad!”, they claim, despite the fact that victims of abuse often have great difficulties forming intimate bonds with their partners later in life.

Church officials claim that they were aware that he had acted inappropriately in his marriage, but then said that they had no knowledge that his “affair” had been with a minor. Luckily, we don’t yet live in a hellhole where churches can simply hide this kind of thing under the rug.

A multicounty grand jury returned the indictment against Morris, the attorney general’s office said. “There can be no tolerance for those who sexually prey on children,” Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said in the statement.

“This case is all the more despicable because the alleged perpetrator was a pastor who exploited his position,” Drummond said. “The victim in this case has waited far too many years for justice to be done.”

This sack of monkey shit now faces up to 20 years in jail. I predict that it will be much lower. You may recall that priests and pastors often get preferential treatment in court, usually because jurors are inclined to believe them when they claim to have “repented”. He’s not a young man, so if he dies in jail, then we can all rest easily knowing there is one less predator in this world.

Little Girl Dies When Babysitter Attempts Baptism

The way religion makes people behave is abohrant. The level of entitelment of people who are convinced they are in possession of some divine truth is truly breathtaking. Sometimes it’s even deadly. That was certainly the case for a young child by the name of Klover Miyanee Symphonee Hawkins, who was tragically killed in a stupid and pointless religious ceremony.

In September of last year, she was being babysat by her second cousin, a 39 year old woman named Nakia Martin. While giving Klover and her siblings a bath, she began to hold their heads underwater in an attempt to “baptize” them. Six year old Klover drowned while this occurred, and the surviving children were threatened with banishment to Hell if they dared to tell anyone what happened. Martin then went into hiding, but was eventually arrested and charged with murder.

I simply can’t fathom the pain of her poor mother, who had trusted a family member with the lives of her children. Martin’s obvious mental illness had been masked under the guise of faith, meaning that it would have been impossible for other believers to know the danger she posed.

I feel like this story is emblematic of what is happening in America. A bunch of mentally diseased people, cloaked in religion, are acting in psychotic ways and other believers don’t even understand the scope of the problem. They instead think that because they share the same faith (on paper) that they have the same interests. They do not. Keep it up America, and you’ll be drowned in a bathtub during a botched baptism.

This is Just Sad and Gross

There has only every been one compelling reason to believe in religion: the promise of the afterlife. It’s essentially the spiritual Disney World of the faithful, and it’s little wonder that all religions tend to be fairly vague about the details. It’s best to let people’s imagination run wild. Some people want to have sex with a bunch of virgins. Others want to live in mansions.

For the most part, it all seems pretty self indulgent, but the element that does have sway is the idea of being with your loved ones once again. The pain of loss is all too real, and irreversible. It’s traumatic. For some, the hope of being reunited with them is enough to ignore all the other problematic or nonsensical elements of the faith. This desire is not something that can easily be overcome, and until we mature out of this need excessive love copium, what is on offer from faith will continue to have its strong appeal.

When you believe in absurdities, however, you are bound to behave in some pretty inappropriate ways. Take this poor Minnesota woman named Charice Antoinette Goude as an example. Her mother died, and she had been her caretaker for some time. When the 55 year old went to check up on her one morning, she found her dead. Any normal person would have called the authorities, and the process of settling their loved one’s affairs would have begun. Not in this case. Charice is very religious, and was convinced that her mother would soon be resurrected. It took 2 months until someone finally reported that there was something going on, and police responded thinking it was a person in distress. What they found instead was a rapidly decaying corpse.

Now, before you feel bad for Charice, keep in mind that her mother was suffering from diabetes, but this idiot failed to give her proper medication, as she wanted to treat her “naturally”. When her mother died, she also sealed up the windows so that no one could see what was inside. Her ex-husband, who owns the home but lives in the basement like a cave dweller, noticed a terrible smell and eventually made the call to police.

If you’re hoping for some kind of justice, you can forget about it. Charice won’t be charged with negligence, since the corpse was so badly decayed that an autopsy was impossible. Instead, she’s only being charged with interfering with a body, which is a class 6 felony; the lowest someone can be charged. I doubt she’ll even do jail time for this. Isn’t religion grand?

Pastor Stabs Family, Sets Home on Fire

You have to wonder what the criteria is for becoming a pastor. Considering how many times we’ve reported on these sickos raping and abusing kids, it almost feels as though the only people interested in becoming priests are moral degenerates. That’s certainly the case for Mathew Lee Richards, a 41 year old man who was the pastor at Crossroads Christian Church in Shawnee. Richards and his family were in financial dire straights, and fearing eviction, he felt that the only way to solve the problem was by killing his family and setting the house on fire. You know, normal stuff…

When firefighters arrived, they found the home’s basement on fire and were able to quickly extinguish it, while officers found three people outside the home with stab wounds.
According to court documents, one of them was a child who suffered stab injuries to the upper right chest, as well as a significant cut across his abdomen that exposed internal organs. A second child suffered multiple stab wounds to his colon, liver, neck and back.

The good news is that Richards is an incompetent boob, and everyone survived his pathetic assault. They helped to testify against him, and Richards pled guilty to two counts of attempted murder. He will be sentenced in a month.

You really have to shake your head at situations like this. Religious morons are always quick to accuse other groups of all kinds of heinous acts, and yet are oddly silent every time one of their own commits horrible acts. In a sense, I can understand why. If Christians ever had to do any soul searching every single time that a pastor harmed or abused anyone, they would barely have time to do anything else. It’s better to just ignore the countless crimes they commit and accuse others of doing the same thing you’re doing. It’s been working for 2000 years, so why would they stop?

Man Kills Sister, Says He Followed “God’s Law”

What do you get when you combine the solipsism and psychopathy? You get religious wackos like Anthony Louis Lopez, who recently made a bizarre confession during his initial court appearance a few days ago. Lopez is accused of murdering his sister, Lisa Rosenzweig on November of last year, after he struck her in the head with an unidentified object. When court proceedings began, he waived off his council, claiming that he would be representing himself. He then followed this up by yelling in court that he was simply following “God’s Law” before being escorted out.

On December 6, police revealed that 39-year-old Anthony Lopez was a suspect in the case. Lopez was apprehended by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police in North Carolina on a fugitive warrant. Following his extradition to South Carolina to respond to the murder charge, Lopez faced the judge on Friday.

Neighbors expressed their disbelief and hoped it was a tragic mishap. “She didn’t deserve that. She didn’t,” said Betty Taylor, Rosenzweig’s next-door neighbor, referring to the abuse she suffered.

Now the question is, how long has Lopez been a danger to society, and how much of his mental illness was hidden behind a mask of piety? It’s likely impossible to tell, which should really be all you need to know about religion in general. In my estimation, belief in God is merely a displaced sense of supreme authority, externalized to make it appear less psychotic. How many times have you heard a religious person claim that God is on their side? This is merely their own belief in the themselves, masquerading as obedience towards a higher power.

Lopez thought that he was the ultimate authority over the life of his sister. Now, as reality comes crashing down around him, he will soon face the consequence of his psychotic belief. Unfortunately, a woman is now dead because the signs of this man’s mania were hidden under the guise of religious fealty.

Pastor Defrauds Congregation with Crypto Scam

You have to shake your head sometimes over the fact that religious folks are constantly abused by their own church leaders. We atheists love to joke around and call them sheep, but it would be more accurate to describe them as pigs at a slaughterhouse. The way they are bled and hung up to dry, you would swear that their spiritual leaders were all trying to make sausage out of them.

The latest slaughter comes from the wacko state of Florida, where a 51 year old man named Francier Obando Pinillo is being indicted on 26 counts of fraud for his involvement in a crypto scam he pushed on this 1500 church members. Pinillo claimed to have had a dream about a coin he called Solano Fi (not to be confused with Solano), and that his God had promised returns of nearly 35 percent, claiming it would yield monthly compounded interest. Pinillo and his accomplices then created fake ledgers showing the victims the supposed gains they were making, although everyone was forbidden from withdrawing their money while the perpetrators did a rug pull.

This isn’t the first scammy pastor to use crypto to defraud his flock. TGA reported of another pastor who had done this a few months ago. These kinds of things are bound to happen more often. Christians are easy pickings. All you need to do is pretend that you have some special connection to God, and religious idiots will fall over themselves throwing money at whatever bullshit scam your peddling. They are already primed to believe in lies. You need only alter the falsehood enough to capitalize, and voila.

Now this moron is facing 20 years in jail. It wasn’t enough that he was taking their money for spewing nonsense. He just had to get greedy and in so doing, he killed his golden goose. You see, that is why you should always familiarize yourself with Mother Goose fairy tales: they are filled with life lessons that don’t get your ass sent to prison.

Texas Church Hires Registered Sex Offender

Do you remember the show “America’s Most Wanted”? It’s a show that began in 1988, running for 24 seasons. Hosted by John Walsh, a man who lost his son to a serial killer, the show brought attention to criminals that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. His quest for victim’s rights made his show a hallmark of American television. It would feature profiles of criminals on the run, asking viewers to contact their hotline if they had any contact with the individuals featured on the program.

One episode featured a man named Chuck Adair, a dangerous sexual predator that had kidnapped an underaged parishioner. He was eventually caught, and sentenced to 10 years in jail. He was released in 2006, and not long after, he began to be involved in church activities. He has since been hired by the Grace Place Church of Christ, acting as a minister, despite his sordid past.

As I’ve said in the past, Christians will fall over themselves to forgive a sexual predator, believing them when they claim to have “repented”.

“Mr. Adair has no legal restrictions preventing him from any of the activities which occur at either Grace Place Properties or the Grace Place Church,” the church said. “Both the Grace Place Church and Grace Place Properties families believe in these principles and are active in forgiving and encouraging those who seek restoration.”

The problem is that “repentance” is not really a thing. It’s just a way of pretending to change, all the while claiming that an all powerful entity has given them the power to stop their problematic behavior. It never works. Instead, this is how sexual abuse continues in these institutions: sexual convicts are ushered back into the fold, only to eventually offend again. When the inevitable happens, they will blame external forces for the “slip”, and yet more lives will be destroyed because moronic religious folks are easily fooled.

I share in the same sentiment that many feel: the parishioners would do well to leave this pathetic organization that puts their children in danger. Of course, if everyone left every organization that’s placed their kids in the sights of these rapists, there would be no one left in the pews.

Pervert Pastor Hides Cameras in Bathrooms

What does it take to be a pastor these days? It would appear that the criteria is quite low, since every day I have the displeasure of reporting on the countless perversions from men of the cloth. Today, it’s a depraved old man named Arturo Laguna, who sounds more like a drug dealer than someone who should be in charge of people’s spiritual lives.

Laguna had installed a number of cameras in the women’s bathroom, one of which was discovered by a woman who was changing her child’s diaper. Because of how crude the setup was, the device was easily found because it fell from it’s concealed location. The woman then sought out the police, who recovered the device and found the culprit who installed them using the footage on the cameras. Laguna is now in custody awaiting his first court appearance in a few days.

The religious analogy of sheep is fitting. The faithful are lead by wolves who pray on them, feasting at will. It is only because they are so numerous that they feel safe. These poor fools fail to understand that the powers of the institutions they create are a breeding ground for abuse, and so many continue to be victimized, while those who are spared either ignore what is happening around them, or make excuses for their predators. Who is willing to bet that after a period of “repentance”, this same congregation would be willing to take him back on “promises” of better behavior?

“I promise to become a vegetarian” said the wolf in front of the flock, his mouth salivating at the sight of so much food. “I prayed for my love of meat to leave me, and the good Lord made it so.”

Abuse Isn’t Just For The Boys

With all the countless articles TGA has reported on over the decades (ouch, it feels weird saying that), one could easily be forgiven for thinking that the abuse of children is strictly a male phenomenon. The reason for this is quite simple; it’s only the minority of faiths that allow women to hold any form of power, and thus, fewer women can abuse of said power.

Well, the glass ceiling of child rape is being smashed, let me tell you! In Mississippi, a woman by the name of Lindsey Whiteside is facing 30 years in jail for the sexual abuse of a young girl that was under her tutelage. Whiteside was a former Division I basketball player turned coach, who wanted to “teach” people about Jesus the same way she learned:

In her since-removed profile on Getwell Church’s website, Whiteside, who lost her father Robert “Shan” Whiteside in 2006, said she was committed to getting everyone to experience Jesus the way she did.

Seems these days a lot of kids are learning about this supposed god the hard way: that no matter how many times you pray, it won’t stop his representatives from raping you.

Naturally, the church Whiteside belongs to is keeping silent. What could they say anyways? Sorry that our organization attracts sociopaths? It’s worth a shot. Perhaps they could try to say sorry for how a culture of control and power makes this kind of thing inevitable. At least then, when yet another incident occurs, none of their parishioners will be surprised. I know we aren’t.

Heritage Foundation Lies Like it Breathes

If there is one thing that is consistent with religious organizations, it is the tendency to lie, and expect their followers to believe in these lies. The reason for this is simple: so long as the lie achieves what they want, it’s seen as acceptable.

Recently, the Heritage Foundation, which is responsible for drafting the famous “2025 Project”, is desperate. They know that there is a good chance that Vice President Kamala Harris will win the presidency, and as a result, they are hoping to use fear to motivate their loyal supporters to go vote for Donald Trump. Their latest lie is that if she wins, she will ban all forms of prayer.

“We’re going to lose our ability to worship, we’re going to lose our religious liberty if the Harris-Walz campaign prevails,” he asserted. He cited the vice president’s suggestion to attendees at one of her recent rallies who shouted phrases including “Christ is King” that they were at the wrong rally as an example of her hostility to religion.

It’s easy for those of us with our heads on screwed tight that this is just a bold face lie. Not only is Kamala religious, she also has no reason to do this. This is just a blatant attempt to sow hatred among their faithful followers, who have been feeling the pressure of no longer being the dominant voice in American Politics.

The Christian Post, which is not an institution known for it’s liberalism, has a divided comment section. Half of the responses are what you would expect: Trumpers who have been fully brainwashed into believing that their God has anointed a convicted felon to be their leader. The other half, however, are not buying it, and there is a strong chance that believers that are sick of these types of lies will use their vote to send a message to the Republican Party: change or die.

If [Christian Post] wants to support Project 2025 and its Christian nationalist agenda, it is certainly entitled to do so. But it should at least be honest enough to make its case forthrightly, without resorting to a devious and misleading framing of the issues.

Couldn’t have said it better myself.
